Pages in this section give examples of how Thinking Space for the North is improving the fabric of Low Parkamoor farmhouse and site. Making improvements to the house in the existing vernacular involves using skills and materials relevant to the locality. Outdoor hands-on work integral to utopian creative learning goes back locally to Ruskin and Steiner. The Thinking Space method combines DIY with careful crafting. More work on these lines is planned for later in 2006 with Grizedale Arts and the National Trust.
