		Taking models from existing art-collection schemes and art-loan clubs, we propose that rooms of the cottage could be used as a site for art viewing and purchase. Informed by a previous proposal for the lease of the building as an Orienteering club, a network of interested art collectors could stay at the house for short weekends, meet artists, utilising the unique location of the site to view the landscape and artwork.
